(KMOV.com) -- It took four different fire agencies almost 40 minutes to get a blaze under control in Staunton, Illinois.

The fire broke out early Monday afternoon at Bullie’s Salon in the 100 block of West Main. According to officials, heavy smoke and fire could been seen from the front of the building.

The two-story building houses the salon on the first floor and apartments on the second.

Firefighters said the front of the salon suffered the heaviest damage.

Fire crews said the apartments are still livable and the salon is planning to reopen partially.

No one was hurt in the fire and investigators do not think it was set on purpose.
