(KMOV.com) -- School district officials in Highland say they are investigating allegations that a teacher helped students cheat on the Illinois Standard Achievement Test last year.

News 4 spoke with the state board who will investigate after Highland interviews students and teachers.

“It disappoints me a lot,” said parent Krystallyn Rode, “I want my child to be the one earning his grades.”

If the teacher is found guilty, it is possible that some previous test scores will be thrown out and the teacher could lose their license.
