(KMOV) -- The battle between the city of St. Louis and Lure Nightclub will have to wait. The two sides are battling Lure's right to keep its liquor license.
A hearing set for Friday has been pushed back to September 3.
The city put Lure on notice this summer, saying that patrons from the club were causing disturbances downtown.
The excise commissioner could suspend or revoke Lure's liquor license at the hearing.
