(KMOV) -- The mother of girl scouts whose cookie sale was shut down by the city of Hazelwood is going to court.
A neighbor complained to the city and the sale was shut down because it violated a city ordinance.
Now Carolyn Mills has filed a civil suit against the city on behalf of her daughters asking a judge to allow the sale.
