FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is planning another visit to the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson today. His office says the governor will be meeting with local leaders, after fresh violence erupted following protests over the police killing of an unarmed teen.

Police say rocks and other objects were thrown at officers and looters broke into the convenience store where police say Michael Brown stole a box of cigars shortly before he was shot dead by an officer.
