(KMOV)-- A former Southern Illinois University Edwardsville student will be in court for making an alleged terrorist threat against the school 3 years ago.
Olutosin Oduwole was arrested after police found a handwritten note. He demanded money and threatened a rampage similar to the one at Virginia Tech.
An attorney plans to argue that Oduwole was writing rap lyrics and exercising his right of free speech.
