CASEYVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Chef Robert Irvine and his team of restaurant rehabilitators took over a Caseyville, Illinois restaurant on Tuesday in hopes of turning it around in time for a grand re-opening on Wednesday.

Irvine is the host of Food Network’s series ‘Restaurant: Impossible.’ On the show, Irvine outlines why a restaurant may be struggling and works with the owner to fix their issues. His crack team of remodelers take an ordinary restaurant and turn it into something extraordinary.

The Caseyville Cafe announced on their Facebook page Friday that Irvine and his crew were coming.

The cafe is inviting people from around the area to make reservations for the big reveal Wednesday night.

Irvine and his crew have worked tirelessly in preparation for the restaurant’s grand re-opening.

If you’d like to make a reservation, call 618-343-0911. The Caseyville Café is located at 421 S. Main Street. Space is limited, so patrons are encouraged to call early.
