(KMOV.com) – Firefighters responded to a 2-alarm blaze in north St. Louis early Monday morning.
Crews responded to flames at 5:30 a.m. at the Obama Meat Market in the 2000 block of East Grand.
According to the St. Louis Fire Chief, the fire spread to two buildings before they gained control.
There were 15 fire trucks at the scene battling the fire to get it under control and make sure it did not spread to other buildings.
Now word on a cause for the fire, investigators say it is too early to tell if the cause was suspicious.
