ROLLA, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A man in his 20's was struck by a car around 6:30 Monday morning in Rolla, Missouri.
Police say the man was airlifted to a Columbia, Missouri hospital with moderate to serious injuries.
Officials say the driver that struck the man was not ticketed.
