NORTH ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police say a man was shot when he was in a car and got into an argument with the driver.
Police responded to a local hospital for a 26-year-old male shooting victim. The victim told police he had been in an argument in a car and was shot by the driver on the 7800 block of North Broadway.
A friend took the victim to the emergency room.
Police say the suspect is a 45-year-old man.
