(KMOV.com) -- A 29-year-old man who crashed his pickup truck into a Lake St. Louis home was driving with a revoked license and may have been intoxicated, according to police.

Officers were called to the 100 block of Rue Grand after reports that a vehicle had struck a residence around 3 a.m.

Police say a 2003 Dodge pickup truck had crashed into the home, collapsing the kitchen and dining room area. The collision appeared to have caused major structural damage to the home.

Homeowners reportedly told police they ran outside after the crash, and observed the driver spinning the vehicle's tires in an effort to free the truck from the side of the house.

Kevin Gore, the driver of the truck, was arrested after police discovered he had an outstanding drug-related charge. After further investigation, authorities said Gore was found to have a revoked license and may have been intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Police say Gore also had prior alcohol-related convictions, and an interlock ignition device was attached to the truck.

No one was hurt in the crash. The case was referred to St. Charles prosecutors for consideration of charges.
