(KMOV) – A plow truck got stuck in a hole in downtown St. Louis Thursday morning.
According to St. Louis Streets Director Todd Waeltermann, the plow truck working near the intersection of St. Charles and Tucker got its rear wheels stuck in an excavation hole dug by Ameren Missouri.
Officials say the hole was covered by a steel plate that may have shifted, causing the hold to be exposed.
The truck had to be towed out of the hole. The driver was not hurt.
