St. Peters police looking for woman missing since January

(KMOV) -- Police are looking for a developmentally -disabled St. Peters woman who has been missing since late January.

 

Police say Cara Ascencio, 21, left her residence after getting into an argument with a family member and has not been heard from since January 21.

Ascencio is about 185 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She does not have a cell phone or access to any money or credit cards. She was last seen wearing a bright pink parka coat, blue jeans, knee-high black boots and a white purse.

Ascencio has a brain injury and other mental health issues and has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.
