(KMOV) – Two men have been arrested following Monday’s gun battle incident along the border of St. Louis and Pine Lawn.

Laron Crenshaw, 31, and Antoine Bankhead, 28, are each being held on the following charges:
assault on a law enforcement officer (2 counts), armed criminal action (2 counts), endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts), and unlawful possession of a firearm.

St. Louis County police say they were following a car in Pine Lawn with suspected drug dealers when another car drove up and began shooting.

At least three victims were shot during the “running gun” battle. Of the three people wounded, one was an innocent bystander.

Police say this was one long crime scene stretching about a mile, with crimes taking place in at least four different spots.

Authorities say the wounds are not life threatening.
