Couple behind All Seasons Contracting face more than 100 felony charges

 (KMOV) – On Tuesday, a News 4 Investigation got results as a couple faces more than 100 felonies between them.

The 104 felony charges range from stealing to money laundering to corruption for Patrick Richard and his wife Carol.

News 4’s Chris Nagus paid a visit to the couple who were noticeably living a really nice lifestyle with expensive cars, a half-million dollar home and a condo in Florida. All while customers of their home improvement business, All Season Contracting, were feeling like they were getting ripped off.

Dozens of customers were out tens of thousands of dollars for no work done.

After leaving Missouri - his crew moved on to Ohio - and the same thing happened there.

According to the Ohio Attorney General, a grand jury handed down 104 felony counts between Patrick and Carol Richard.

Patrick is facing 69 of them - charges range from theft to stealing from the elderly.

His wife faces 35 counts - ranging from engaging in corrupt activity to receiving stolen property.

The Richards’ are not in custody at this time.

Missouri victims have filed complaints with the Missouri Attorney General although no charges have been issued in Missouri.
