CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -- A federal judge has denied bond for Clay Waller, a southeast Missouri man considered a suspect in his wife's disappearance.
The Southeast Missourian (http://bit.ly/ohvxcY) reports that U.S. Magistrate Judge Lewis Blanton wrote Thursday that Waller is a danger to the community and a serious flight risk, and should remained jailed without bond.
Waller's wife, Jacque, disappeared June 1. Clay Waller has been investigated in connection with the disappearance, but has not been charged in the case. However, he is charged with making a threat over the Internet against his wife's sister.
Jacque Waller is a mother of 5-year-old triplets. Her disappearance has drawn national attention.
