CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (KMOV) – The Chesterfield City Council approved a one-percent sales tax district which will give developers $30 million to offset construction costs for a new outlet mall.

The Premium Outlet Mall would be built on land next to Rombach’s Pumpkin Patch.

Attorneys for a competing outlet mall project claim they have proof that imminent domain will be used to build a draining ditch across the farm.
