(KMOV.com) -- New developments came Thursday in a deadly hit and run case. Charges have been filed in the St. Clair County crash that claimed the life of 9-year-old Fabian Teson.
The person of interest 17-year-old Kevin Powell is now charged with reckless homicide.
Powell and a friend borrowed a car and were driving when they hit Teson.
The car was found earlier this week on Laclede’s Landing.
Investigators say more charges should be coming later against others who may have played a role in the crime.
