ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KMOV) – A burglary suspect was arrested after he was found sleeping inside a St. Charles office building on Wednesday.
Sean Skaggs, 21, was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary.
According to police, Skaggs broke into a building in the 400 block of N. 2nd Street after breaking the glass on the front door.
Police said he wandered through the second-floor offices while someone was working on the first floor. He then stole a drink from a second-floor refrigerator and stole a computer battery backup system.
Authorities later found Skaggs sleeping in one of the second-story offices.
