(KMOV)-- Backstoppers is helping the Rock Hill police officer paralyzed in the line of duty.
The organization gave Matt Crosby $50,000.
Crosby was shot while responding to a domestic dispute last week. Backstoppers said it's not unusual for the organization to offer one-time payments to officers who have had a catastrophic injury.
