(KMOV) - A grand jury has decided there is probable cause to send Shelby Dasher to trial for the murder of her 13-month-old son, Tyler.
The Grand Jury also added the charge of child abuse to the indictment.
Dasher's attorney, public defender Tara Crane filed a motion Monday to have Dasher's murder charge dismissed or her $500,000 cash-only bond reduded.
