JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Missouri attorney general says a California company will pay $75,000 for making telemarketing calls to people on Missouri's no-call list.
Attorney General Chris Koster said Wednesday the payments are part of a voluntary agreement with Credexx Corp., which does business as Auto One Warranty Specialists.
Koster says the Irvine, Calif.-based company used automated calls to try to sell products described as automobile warranties.
