8-month-old baby missing from Wellston found safe

(KMOV) -- An 8-month-old baby reported missing has been found safe.
 
Police say the baby's father, Keith Freeman, was supposed to return the girl to her mother in Wellston last Friday, but they never showed up.
          
Around 11:00 p.m. on Monday, the baby was turned over to the police.
Authorities are still deciding whether they will seek any charges in the case.

(KMOV) -- Baby Sakyra was returned to Wellston Police Department.

The babies father, Keith Freeman, did not return her. She was returned around 11 p.m. She was unharmed and is now with her mother.

Police are still determining if they will seek any charges against Freeman.
