(KMOV) – Illinois State Police arrested a 66-year-old man for having eight duffel bags stuffed with marijuana. They found the drugs after the motorist was stopped for improper lane usage.
Police say on November 19, 2011, troopers stopped an SUV on the I-55/I-70 corridor, finding 118 pounds of marijuana.
Richard Nolan of Avon, Indiana was taken into custody and his bond was set at $100,000.
