3 teens charged with killing 54-year-old Vietnam vet in Granite City
Markeith Reynolds Jr., 15, Shawn Russell, 15, and Brian Taylor 16, have each been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after they allegedly shot 54-year-old Charles Weiss to death in Granite City.
