WASHINGTON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A 46-year-old woman is dead after three cars collided on Highway 21 in Washington County Saturday morning.

Police say the accident happened just after 8 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 21 and Franklin Road.

Reports say Jamie Bramer, 46, had slowed down to make a left turn when Daniel Pyatt, 56, driving a minivan with a 2-year-old inside, rear-ended Bramer. Bramer's vehicle traveled into the path of a pickup truck driven by Raymond King, 74.

Officials say Bramer was ejected from her vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was reportedly not wearing a seat belt.

The other people involved suffered minor to moderate injuries and were taken to Washington Memorial Hospital.
