ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- A 29-year-old man was found shot to death Saturday morning in a vehicle in north St. Louis, police said.
St. Louis police said Garvin A. Brown was found around 12:25 a.m. in the driver's seat of a Dodge Intrepid.
Brown, of the 3000 block of Osage Street, was seen running toward the vehicle after being shot in the neck, chest and shoulder, witnesses told police.
Brown attempted to drive off in the Intrepid, which struck a fire hydrant at the intersection of Hebert Street and North Spring Avenue before coming to a stop, police said.
