ST. LOUIS – Police hope surveillance photos will help catch two suspects after a 12-year-old girl was struck by a stray bullet in a St. Louis park Sunday night.
Police said two men were arguing at Loretta Hall Park near the intersection of 15th and Cole around 7:50 p.m. when they fired several shots before running off.
One of the stray bullets struck the girl playing in the park in the hand. She was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities on Monday released surveillance photos of the suspects. Both men appear to be in their 20s and have dreadlocks. One was wearing a blue shirt while the other had a white t-shirt one.
An investigation continues and no arrests have been made.
