(KMOV)—Two people were detained at a St. Charles County Caucus in Francis Howell North High School after a crowd of 2,500 people became aggressive when officials told them not to record the event; the caucus was shut down.

Police say Missouri caucus rules prohibits videotaping of any kind, which allegedly upset caucus spectators.

Brent Stafford, 45, and Kenneth Suitter, 55, were both detained for apparent trespassing.

Police, after calling back up, quickly stopped the "aggression" and shut down the entire caucus.
