LACLEDE COUNTY, Mo (KMOV.com) -- The Laclede County Sheriff’s Department has issued an endangered person advisory for Elissa Levy, a 16-year-old female from Lebanon.

Levy left a note Tuesday stating that she was going to drown herself in the Gasconade River or travel to St. Louis.

She is described as white, 5-foot-2, and weighs 100 pounds. She has black plastic  frame glasses and blue earrings.

She was last seen wearing black clothing, a long black wool coat and has a red and gray flannel backpack.

She is not believed to be travelling with anyone, or have a vehicle.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Laclede County Sheriff’s Department at 417-532-2311.
