(KMOV.com) The Ecumenical Leadership Council is holding a rally to show support of superintendent Dr. Art McCoy who was placed on administrative leave by the Ferguson-Florrisant School Board on Nov. 7.

The Board has denied claims that the move was racially motivated. Leaders only say McCoy failed to be in “compliance with board directives.” Since the decision was made, crowds of upset parents and students have protested the board’s decision.

Today’s rally will be held at the Greater St. Mark Family Church in the 9900 block of Glen Owen at noon.
