Webster Groves, Mo. (KMOV) – Residents of a Webster Groves neighborhood had their yards flooded after a water main break Friday night.

According to Missouri American Water, a 12-inch pipe broke near the intersection of Summit and Greeley around 8:30 p.m. Crews worked for about 90 minutes to repair to broken pipe.

On Saturday, crews returned to the area to patch holes where the pipe had broken.

Residents told News 4 this was not the first time a water pipe has broken in the area.

No homes lost water due to the break.
