ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – The United States Chamber of Commerce is endorsing St. Louis businessman John Brunner in the state’s Republican senate primary.
The business group says it is backing Brunner because his private-sector experience cutting spending and balancing a budget.
Brunner is competing against former state Treasurer Sarah Steelman and Congressman Todd Akin in the August Republican primary.
