(KMOV.com) – KMOV, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Red Cross teamed up Wednesday for a toy and gift drive to help children at Scott Air Force Base who may be celebrating the holidays without one of their parents.
The drive will ran from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. and yielded a total of 435 gifts. Members of the News 4 team and volunteers stood in front of Busch Stadium and accepted the donations.
Papa John’s Pizza representatives were also on hand giving away FREE pizza coupons.
News 4 would like to thank everyone who donated to help make a child's Christmas a little bit brighter.
