(KMOV) – The St. Charles County superintendent is taking action after a recent area teen prank led to gunfire.

News 4 reported on a man accused of opening fire on three people after his home in St. Charles was toilet papered.

Due to that incident, the St. Charles School District is sending a letter home to parents which reads, if a student is caught “T-Ping” a house, they’re not only face possible criminal charges but they will also be banned from all upcoming homecoming activities.

The superintendent is citing safety concerns for this new decision.
