(KMOV.com) – A Fenton man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison on drug and burglary charges.
A judge sentenced Terry Carr, 33, to 13 years in prison for the drug charges.
In April 2013, Carr was found in Jefferson County with methamphetamine and materials that are used to make the drug. He pleaded guilty to charges of possession of meth, which carries a 13-year sentence and to attempting to make meth, which carries a sentence of seven years.
Carr was also sentenced to an additional five years in connection to a burglary in Nov. 2012. He is also accused of possessing items that are used to make meth in connection to another 2012 incident.
According to court documents, Carr may be released early if he completes a 120-day treatment program.
St. Peter’s resident Sheri Dowling has also been charged with possession of meth and attempting to make meth in the same April 2013 incident.
