(KMOV) -- St. Louis police seized stolen cars, car parts and boats during a raid of a south St. Louis home, secured with a tall privacy fence and several surveillance cameras.

The raid occurred on Wednesday in the 7600 block of Alabama Ave. Everett McGee, 64, was arrested and charged with 10 felony counts related to the possession of stolen property.

“From the amount of stuff they took out of there, there is no way one person could have done all that,” said Terry McCallister, a neighbor who witnessed the raid.

Police said they seized four stolen vehicles, car parts, two Sea-Doos and a boat trailer. The VIN numbers were altered on all the items according to court records. McGee has a long criminal history of committing similar crimes dating back to the early 1990s. He spent time in jail on two separate occasions.

“I just can't imagine to keep doing it and to make those choices. That risk—it’s unbelievable,” said McCallister.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
