(KMOV) – The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced several interstate ramps closures due to this weekend’s Mardi Gras activities in St. Louis.

Officials said on Saturday, the north and southbound Interstate 55 ramps to Arsenal and Gravois/Russell and the northbound I-55 ramp to 3200 Broadway will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. The ramp from eastbound I-64 to 6th St. will be shut down from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For the official Mardi Gras celebration on Tuesday, the eastbound I-70 ramp to Broadway will be closed from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the parade and other activities.

MoDOT officials also remind residents about once-a-day closures beginning Feb. 11 on I-64 at the new Daniel Boone Missouri River Bridge to block rock. During these closures, traffic will be stopped for up to 10 minutes at either 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. for about one a month.
