(KMOV) – A teacher who used scantily-clad woman to teach her lesson will be heading to back to work after being threatened with a pink slip.

The controversy centered around a prostitution skit that the University of Colorado sociology professor put on to teach about the deviance in United States society.

She had teaching assistants dress as various types of prostitutes and claims she has done this for years but was suspended recently after a student complained.

“I teach like it is my living room and I teach my students like they are my friends and I am very real,” said Professor Patti Adler.

After getting pressured from the ACLU, the school decided to let her teach again.

The school is requiring that students sign a consent form before taking the class.
