HUMBLE, Texas – A Texas teenager was arrested Tuesday and charged with forcing a 10-year-old boy to smoke synthetic marijuana.

The victim told Humble ISD police that 18-year-old Christopher Stoneking held him down outside Maplebrook Elementary School and made him smoke Kush from a pipe.

Other children backed up his story and said Stoneking threatened to hurt them if the victim refused.

After the incident Sunday evening, the victim and his friend ran to a nearby church for help.

Church members heard him screaming and called police.

Stoneking was arrested Tuesday by Humble ISD police.

"The allegation is appalling. Children should be able to play without fear of being hurt or bullied," Humble ISD said in a written statement.

Neighbors say Stoneking has a reputation for causing trouble.

He’s been charged with endangering a child and felony injury to a child.

The victim told police he fell down, felt weird and felt "like his body was burning" after smoking the pipe.

He is OK now, according to Humble ISD.
