FARMINGTON (KMOV.com) - The St. Francois County Sheriff's Office says it is investigating two alleged thefts of air conditioning.
Authorities say four air conditioning units were taken from the Pleasantville Assembly Assembly of God. The church says the four units are worth $8,000 and believes they were stolen between Feb. 27 and March 2.
On March 3, authorities say they discovered one unit had been taken from Hurryville Freewill Baptist Church. The church valued the unit at $1,500.
The investigation is ongoing.
