Oakville High School stands by their police drug dog search tactics

 (KMOV) – Officials at Oakville High School filmed as St. Louis County Police drug dogs searched the hallways, lockers during the first drug sweep of the semester.

After seeing the video posted online, Some told News 4 they felt the search was illegal.

In the video, the students were told  to put their belongins in the hallway and stay in the classroom as the drug dogs came to check them out.

A viewer wrote News 4, complaining the search violates the rights of the students.
