(KMOV.com) -- Some residents of a St. Louis County neighborhood were very nervous Thursday as they awaited the EPA’s findings after studying details of hazardous chemicals in the soil.
The EPA says the cancer-causing chemical TCE were leaked by a metals plant and the area needs to be cleaned up.
Residents say the EPA plan is coming too late.
