KMOV - The Missouri Attorney General's office filed an update Tuesday in its lawsuit against U.S. Fidelis, including the company's founders Darain and Cory Atkinson.

Attorney General Chris Koester claims in the lawsuit that the brothers directed deceptive sales tactics.

Darain Atkinson has come under fire from some former employees who question the construction of his $17 million mansion on the shores of Lake St. Louis.

Koster also sued four additional auto warranty companies Tuesdays for what he calls "bait and switch" scams.
