(KMOV.com) – Hardee’s partnered with Heat-Up St. Louis Friday morning to help raise money for area residents.
The 14th annual Hardee’s “Rise and Shine for Heat” event took place at St. Louis area Hardee’s restaurants. For the cost of $1 people could purchase a sausage egg biscuit and 100% of the proceeds went to Heat-Up St. Louis.
Heat-Up St. Louis is a local non-profit organization that offers heating bill assistance to St. Louis senior citizens, disabled people and low-income families.
Last year’s “Rise and Shine for Heat” raised over $130,000.
