(KMOV.com) -- Federal officials have told Exxon Mobile it can’t restart the oil pipeline that leaked in Arkansas until inspectors are satisfied with repairs.

The oil pipeline runs from Illinois to Texas. It spilled as much as 5,000 barrels of oil last week.

There is still no word on what caused the leak.
