Local school district needs property tax increase approval to stay open

 (KMOV) -- School officials say voters in the Grant School District in Fairview Heights face a decision to approve a property tax increase or the district will close.

Voters have already said no twice but next Wednesday they will vote again. News 4’s Steve Savard spoke to the superintendent asking if the district will really close its doors if he’s just crying wolf.
