One person in custody following bomb threat in Shiloh

 (KMOV) –One person was taken into custody after FBI officials investigated a bomb threat at a home in Shiloh, Illinois Thursday afternoon. 

According to officials, the FBI, the Illinois State Police Hazardous Device Unit were on the scene investigating a bomb threat at a home on Twin Oaks Drive.

Special Agents and Bomb Technicians from the FBI and the Illinois State Police Hazardous Device Unit responded with Shiloh Police Department to a home at 10 Twin Oaks Drive around 2 p.m.

Bomb technicians entered the residence and located, identified, and rendered potential explosive devices safe.

 SkyZoom 4 was over the home when the squad brought out a robot to investigate the area further.

Traffic was diverted off Twin Oaks Drive during the investigation.

Further details on the suspect or the FBI investigation were not immediately known.
