(KMOV) – A four-year-old child was removed from a home believed to be used to cook meth in Cahokia.

Four adults were arrested after meth was found in the garage and in trash bins outside a home on St. Helena Avenue.  A stolen truck was also found at the house.

The 4-year-old girl was removed and put in the custody of her grandmother. It is not clear what kind of exposure, if any, she had to the drugs.
