ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis County police have charged a man for the robbery of UMB Bank on Thursday.
52-year-old Roger Jennings, of the 6900 block of Alabama Avenue in St. Louis, was charged Friday with second-degree robbery.
Jennings allegedly entered the UMB inside the Shop-N-Save on South Lindbergh and handed a note to the teller demanding money.
He was given an undisclosed amount and then fled the bank. Police arrested him a short time later after investigating an anonymous tip. He is held on $35,000 bond.
